DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

AICreatLab sells digital products. Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise, no physical product is shipped.

Delivery

After successful payment, purchased digital products are made available electronically through the delivery method shown during or following checkout, which may include a download link delivered through Shopify's digital-delivery system.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to that email account.

If You Do Not Receive Your Download

If your order is successfully completed but you do not receive access to the purchased product, first check your spam or junk folder and the email address associated with your order.

If access remains unavailable, contact AICreatLab through the support information provided on the website and include sufficient order information for us to identify the transaction.

Download Access

Download access is provided for the purchaser's authorized use under the applicable Digital Product License & Usage Terms.

A download link or purchased file may not be shared, redistributed, resold, or made publicly available.

We may take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access, fraud, or abuse.

Technical Requirements

You are responsible for having a device, internet connection, software, and other technology reasonably necessary to download and use the files.

No Physical Shipping

Because the products covered by this policy are delivered electronically:

no shipping address is required for delivery, no shipping fee is charged by AICreatLab for the digital product, and no physical package will arrive.

Billing information may still be requested by payment providers for payment processing, fraud prevention, tax, or regulatory purposes.
