DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE & USAGE TERMS

These Digital Product License & Usage Terms apply to digital products purchased from AICreatLab, operated by MENIMEN LLC.

Purchasing a digital product gives you a license to use the product subject to these terms. It does not transfer ownership of AICreatLab's intellectual property to you.

1. License Grant

Subject to payment of the applicable purchase price and compliance with these terms, AICreatLab grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the purchased digital product for legitimate personal or internal business purposes.

For products intended for commercial creative work, you may use the product to assist in creating advertising, marketing, content, strategies, briefs, scripts, concepts, and other work for your own business.

You may also use the product as a tool when providing services to clients, provided that you do not give the client access to, ownership of, or copies of the underlying AICreatLab product or source materials.

2. What You May Do

Subject to these terms, you may:

  • download and use the purchased product;
  • adapt templates, prompts, frameworks, worksheets, and systems for your own legitimate business use;
  • use the product to develop original marketing and creative work;
  • use the product as part of services you personally provide to clients; and
  • retain reasonable backup copies for your own use.

3. What You May Not Do

You may not:

  • sell, resell, redistribute, publish, upload, share, give away, or otherwise distribute the purchased files;
  • share your download access with another person or organization;
  • sublicense the product;
  • make the product available through a shared drive, membership, database, repository, marketplace, course, community, or file-sharing service;
  • repackage or substantially reproduce the product and sell or distribute it as your own digital product;
  • sell or distribute AICreatLab templates, prompts, frameworks, guides, worksheets, databases, or substantially similar reproductions as standalone assets;
  • remove or misrepresent ownership, copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
  • claim authorship or ownership of the underlying AICreatLab product; or
  • use the product in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

4. Client Work

Freelancers, marketers, consultants, agencies, and service providers may use the purchased product internally to assist with work performed for clients.

However, the license is issued to the purchaser. Providing services to a client does not give that client a license to the underlying AICreatLab materials.

If a client requires direct access to the product itself, that client should obtain its own license.

5. AI-Generated and Adapted Outputs

Some AICreatLab products contain prompts, frameworks, workflows, or methods designed for use with third-party artificial-intelligence tools.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and determining the suitability of outputs generated through those tools before publishing or using them.

AICreatLab does not control third-party AI systems and does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, availability, legality, or suitability of their outputs.

Your use of any third-party platform remains subject to that platform's terms and policies.

6. Intellectual Property

The digital products, including their original text, organization, selection, compilation, design, proprietary frameworks, graphics, branding, and other protectable materials, remain the property of MENIMEN LLC and/or its licensors.

No ownership rights are transferred through purchase.

7. License Termination

The license may terminate if you materially violate these terms.

Termination does not affect rights or remedies available under applicable law for infringement or unauthorized distribution occurring before or after termination.

8. No Implied Rights

Any rights not expressly granted under these terms are reserved.
