Digital Products

AICreatLab sells digital products that are delivered electronically. Because digital products cannot be physically returned once access has been provided, sales of digital products are generally final and non-refundable after the digital product has been delivered or made available for download, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Delivery or Technical Problems

If you complete a purchase but:

• do not receive access to the purchased digital product;
• receive an incorrect or inaccessible file; or
• experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing the purchased files,

If we are unable to provide the digital product you purchased, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement access or a refund where appropriate or required by law.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, contact us with the relevant order information. Verified duplicate transactions may be refunded at our discretion.

Change of Mind

Because access to our digital products is provided electronically following purchase, we generally do not provide refunds for change of mind, failure to use the product, or a determination after purchase that the product is not suitable for your particular business or circumstances, except where required by applicable law.

Results

Purchasing a digital product from AICreatLab does not guarantee advertising performance, revenue, sales, conversions, return on advertising spend, or any other particular business result.

Results vary based on factors outside our control, including your product, offer, market, audience, advertising platform, implementation, creative execution, budget, and testing.

Chargebacks

If you believe there is a problem with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us first so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law or through your payment provider.

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
